The Royal Sandringham Estate, Holkham, Houghton and Blickling Hall are all within easy driving distance. For those who enjoy golf, kayaking, wind surfing, there are great facilities close by plus excellent places for walking, cycling or bird watching since Wells is situated amongst spectacular countryside.
